Returns and Refund Policy

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Cancellations and change-of-mind returns

You may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To request a cancellation or return, contact us at info@23biolabs.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you must return the applicable products within a further 14 days.

Products must be unused, unopened, in their original sealed packaging and in a resaleable condition.

For products supplied in sealed packaging that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel may not apply once the seal has been broken, where permitted by law.

Please contact us before returning any products so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@23biolabs.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate. We will assess the matter and provide a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

If a product is damaged, faulty, not as described or supplied incorrectly, we will cover reasonable return costs where a return is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome.

We will issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Refunds will include the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service may not be refundable.

We may make a reasonable deduction if a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition, where permitted by law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
